Position Profile:

The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for brand development, marketing, PR, acquisition and retention marketing for potential students, enterprises, and recruitment agents. The responsibilities include devising and implementing a marketing plan with direct accountability for a sizeable budget and will need to be comfortable analysing and measuring the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.

This position works closely with the recruitment team to assist in the acquisition target for the degree qualification portfolio. In addition, overseeing the team’s creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral. Provide leadership to a Marketing team of specialists across media, events and digital, as they create and implement strategic marketing initiatives with the purpose of enrolling new students.

Essential & Desirable Criteria:
Essential Criteria:
  • Bachelor degree in Business – MBA is a plus.
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, and articulate the vision of the company, both internally and externally
  • Superior analytical skills, with the ability to translate hard data into strategic plans.
  • Must be a natural problem solver, very inquisitive and passionate.
  • Creative flair and an understanding of effective copywriting for digital channels
  • Results driven professional.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be a team player, working well with others.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A valid UAE driving license. 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Direct knowledge or experience of the international education industry.
  • Fluency in a foreign language.
  • Familiarity with or experience of language schools, experience of studying abroad or of the international education industry would be a distinct advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:

The remuneration package includes a monthly salary ranging between AED 20,000 – 22,000 per month.

The University offers an expatriate package which is an attractive tax free salary. The expatriate package includes five weeks of paid leave per year, private medical insurance for employee and eligible dependents, life and disability insurance and education allowance for dependents.
