Position Profile:

UOWD is seeking applications to fill the position of Student Enrolment Advisor. This position plays a leading role in shaping the success of UOWD over the coming years. We are determined to be the sector’s foremost higher education provider in Dubai and will be delivering courses that are in demand by students, recognised by employers and accredited by the CAA.

As a central member of the Inside Sales Team specializing in UG or PG programs for UOWD, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager/Associate Manager Uni Advice and international colleagues to deliver exceptional student experiences through the response to enquiries, applications to courses and the enrolment of those students from all over the world. Key to this role is the achievement and delivery of new student enrolment (NSE) objectives for the portfolio of all courses within UOWD.

Using your already considerable experience in international student recruitment or significant customer service/sales role, you’ll also be exposed to the latest technologies in CRM, customer engagement tools and access to customer insight analytics that will enable you to gain new skills, but more importantly put them into action in delivering that exceptional experience. Therefore, you need to be talented, hardworking, diligent, versatile, and positive individual with strong process, project, and people management skills.

Essentail and Desirable Criteria:


  • 1-3 years’ experience ideally in student recruitment/sales.
  • General knowledge of Higher Education and/or recruitment and admissions experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal oriented and proven ability to meet recruitment/sales targets.
  • Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to successfully work with all levels of management.
  • Knowledge of planning processes and issues.
  • Ability to thrive with ambiguity, change, within a matrix organisation
  • Proficient with CRM platforms such as SalesForce, MS Dynamics et al
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

  • Experience with inbound and/or outbound call centers 
  • Experience with sales, and/or conversion techniques 
  • Experience with working in an educational environment 
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language
Remuneration: The successful candidates will receive a remuneration package which includes an attractive tax free salary ranging from AED 102, 000 - AED 114,000 per annum, five weeks of paid leave per year, annual air ticket, private medical insurance for self and eligible dependents, life & disability policy, professional development assistance, education allowance for up to 3 eligible children, professional development and fee waiver for self and dependents looking to pursue higher studies.
